Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans), Verse 5

بِنَصْرِ اللّٰهِ یَنْصُرُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الرَّحِیْمُ ۟

Binasril laa; yansuru mai yashaaa'u wa Huwal 'Azeezur Raheem

“With the help of Allah. He helps whom He will, and He is exalted in might, most merciful.”
