Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans), Verse 59

كَذٰلِكَ یَطْبَعُ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى قُلُوْبِ الَّذِیْنَ لَا یَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟

Kazaalika yatba'ul laahu 'alaa quloobil lazeena laa ya'lamoon

“Thus does Allah seal up the hearts of those who understand not.”
