Surah Al-Ahzab (The Enemy Alliance), Verse 19

اَشِحَّةً عَلَیْكُمْ فَاِذَا جَآءَ الْخَوْفُ رَاَیْتَهُمْ یَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَیْكَ تَدُوْرُ اَعْیُنُهُمْ كَالَّذِیْ یُغْشٰی عَلَیْهِ مِنَ الْمَوْتِ فَاِذَا ذَهَبَ الْخَوْفُ سَلَقُوْكُمْ بِاَلْسِنَةٍ حِدَادٍ اَشِحَّةً عَلَی الْخَیْرِ اُولٰٓىِٕكَ لَمْ یُؤْمِنُوْا فَاَحْبَطَ اللّٰهُ اَعْمَالَهُمْ وَكَانَ ذٰلِكَ عَلَی اللّٰهِ یَسِیْرًا ۟

Ashihhatan 'alaikum faizaa jaaa'al khawfu ra aytahum yanzuroona ilaika tadooru a'yunuhum kallazee yughshaa 'alaihi minal mawti fa izaa zahabal khawfu salqookum bi alsinatin hidaadin ashihhatan 'alal khayr; ulaaa'ika lam yu'minoo fa ahbatal laahu a'maalahum; wa kaana zaalika 'alal laahi yaseeraa

“Covetous over you. Then when fear comes, thou wilt see them looking to thee, their eyes revolving, like (those of) one over whom hovers death: but when the fear is past, they will smite you with sharp tongues, covetous of goods. Such men have no faith, and so Allah has made their deeds of none effect: and that is easy for Allah.”
