Surah Saba' (The Sheba), Verse 39

قُلْ اِنَّ رَبِّیْ یَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ وَیَقْدِرُ لَهٗ وَمَاۤ اَنْفَقْتُمْ مِّنْ شَیْءٍ فَهُوَ یُخْلِفُهٗ وَهُوَ خَیْرُ الرّٰزِقِیْنَ ۟

Qul inna Rabbee yabsutur rizqa limai yashaaa'u min 'ibaadihee wa yaqdiru lah; wa maaa anfaqtum min shai'in fahuwa yukhlifuhoo wa Huwa khairur raaziqeen

“Say: "Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Sustenance to such of his servants as He pleases: and nothing do ye spend in the least (in His cause) but He replaces it: for He is the Best of those who grant Sustenance.”
