Surah Al-Fatir (The Originator), Verse 2

مَا یَفْتَحِ اللّٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِنْ رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا وَمَا یُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهٗ مِنْ بَعْدِهٖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَكِیْمُ ۟

Maa yaftahil laahu linnaaasi mir rahmatin falaa mumsika lahaa wa maa yumsik falaa mursila lahoo mimba'dihi; wa Huwal 'Azeezul Hakeem

“What Allah out of his Mercy doth bestow on mankind there is none can withhold: what He doth withhold, there is none can grant, apart from Him: and He is the Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.”
