Surah Ya-Sin (Ya-Sin), Verse 10

وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَیْهِمْ ءَاَنْذَرْتَهُمْ اَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ ۟

Wa sawaaa'un 'alaihim 'a-anzartahum am lam tunzirhum laa yu'minoon

“The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them: they will not believe.”
