Surah Ya-Sin (Ya-Sin), Verse 5

تَنْزِیْلَ الْعَزِیْزِ الرَّحِیْمِ ۟

Tanzeelal 'Azeezir Raheem

“It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.”
