Surah As-Saffah (Those Angels Lines up in Ranks), Verse 128

اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟

Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

“Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them).”
