Surah As-Saffah (Those Angels Lines up in Ranks), Verse 150

اَمْ خَلَقْنَا الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَ اِنَاثًا وَّهُمْ شٰهِدُوْنَ ۟

Am khalaqnal malaaa'i kata inaasanw wa hum shaahidoon

“Or that We created the angels female, and they are witnesses (thereto)?”
