Surah As-Saffah (Those Angels Lines up in Ranks), Verse 160

اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَصِیْنَ ۟

Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

“Not (so do) the Servants of Allah, sincere and devoted.”
