Surah As-Saffah (Those Angels Lines up in Ranks), Verse 163

اِلَّا مَنْ هُوَ صَالِ الْجَحِیْمِ ۟

Illaa man huwa saalil jaheem

“Except such as are (themselves) going to the blazing Fire!”
