Surah Az-Zumar (The Successive Groups), Verse 40

مَنْ یَّاْتِیْهِ عَذَابٌ یُّخْزِیْهِ وَیَحِلُّ عَلَیْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِیْمٌ ۟

Mai yaateehi 'azaabuny yukhzeehi wa yahillu 'alaihi 'azaabum muqeem

“"Who it is to whom comes a Penalty of ignominy, and on whom descends a Penalty that abides."”
