Surah Az-Zumar (The Successive Groups), Verse 46

قُلِ اللّٰهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ عٰلِمَ الْغَیْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ اَنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَیْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِیْ مَا كَانُوْا فِیْهِ یَخْتَلِفُوْنَ ۟

Qulil laahumma faatiras samaawaati wal ardi 'Aalimal Ghaibi washshahaadati Anta tahkumu baina 'ibaadika fee maa kaanoo feehee yakhtalifoon

“Say: "O Allah! Creator of the heavens and the earth! Knower of all that is hidden and open! it is Thou that wilt judge between Thy Servants in those matters about which they have differed."”
