Surah Az-Zumar (The Successive Groups), Verse 52

اَوَلَمْ یَعْلَمُوْۤا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ یَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَقْدِرُ اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ یُّؤْمِنُوْنَ 

Awalam ya'lamooo annal laaha yabsutur rizqa limai yashaaa'u wa yaqdir; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqawminy yu'minoon

“Know they not that Allah enlarges the provision or restricts it, for any He pleases? Verily, in this are Signs for those who believe!”
