Surah Ghafar (The Forgiver), Verse 3

غَافِرِ الذَّنْۢبِ وَقَابِلِ التَّوْبِ شَدِیْدِ الْعِقَابِ ذِی الطَّوْلِ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ اِلَیْهِ الْمَصِیْرُ ۟

Ghaafiriz zambi wa qaabilit tawbi shadeedil 'iqaabi zit tawli laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa ilaihil maseer

“Who forgiveth sin, accepteth repentance, is strict in punishment, and hath a long reach (in all things). There is no god but He: to Him is the final goal.”
