Surah Ash-Shura (The Consultation), Verse 12

لَهٗ مَقَالِیْدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ یَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَقْدِرُ اِنَّهٗ بِكُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ ۟

Lahoo maqaaleedus samaawaati wal ardi yabsutur rizqa limai yashaaa'u wa yaqdir; innahoo bikulli shai'in 'Aleem

“To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: He enlarges and restricts. The Sustenance to whom He will: for He knows full well all things.”
