Surah Ash-Shura (The Consultation), Verse 31

وَمَاۤ اَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِیْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ مِنْ وَّلِیٍّ وَّلَا نَصِیْرٍ ۟

Wa maaa antum bimu'jizeena fil ardi wa maa lakum min doonil laahi minw wa liyyinw wa laa naseer

“Nor can ye frustrate (aught), (fleeing) through the earth; nor have ye, besides Allah, any one to protect or to help.”
