Surah Ash-Shura (The Consultation), Verse 48

فَاِنْ اَعْرَضُوْا فَمَاۤ اَرْسَلْنٰكَ عَلَیْهِمْ حَفِیْظًا اِنْ عَلَیْكَ اِلَّا الْبَلٰغُ وَاِنَّاۤ اِذَاۤ اَذَقْنَا الْاِنْسَانَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً فَرِحَ بِهَا وَاِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَیِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ اَیْدِیْهِمْ فَاِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ كَفُوْرٌ ۟

Fa-in a'radoo famaaa arsalnaaka 'alaihim hafeezan in 'alaika illal balaagh; wa innaaa izaaa azaqnal insaana minnaa rahmatan fariha bihaa wa in tusibhum saiyi'atun bimaa qaddamat aydeehim fa innal insaana kafoor

“If then they run away, We have not sent thee as a guard over them. Thy duty is but to convey (the Message). And truly, when We give man a taste of a Mercy from Ourselves, he doth exult thereat, but when some ill happens to him, on account of the deeds which his hands have sent forth, truly then is man ungrateful!”
