Surah Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of Gold), Verse 19

وَجَعَلُوا الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَ الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ عِبٰدُ الرَّحْمٰنِ اِنَاثًا اَشَهِدُوْا خَلْقَهُمْ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ وَیُسْـَٔلُوْنَ ۟

Wa ja'alul malaaa'ikatal lazeena hum 'ibaadur Rahmaani inaasaa; 'a shahidoo khalqahum; satuktabu shahaadatuhum wa yus'aloon

“And they make into females angels who themselves serve Allah. Did they witness their creation? Their evidence will be recorded, and they will be called to account!”
