Surah Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of Gold), Verse 46

وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا مُوْسٰی بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤ اِلٰی فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَاۡىِٕهٖ فَقَالَ اِنِّیْ رَسُوْلُ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟

Wa laqad arsalnaa Moosaa bi aayaatinaaa ilaa Fir'awna wa mala'ihee faqaala innee Rasoolu Rabbil 'aalameen

“We did send Moses aforetime, with Our Signs, to Pharaoh and his Chiefs: He said, "I am a messenger of the Lord of the Worlds."”
