Surah Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of Gold), Verse 58

وَقَالُوْۤا ءَاٰلِهَتُنَا خَیْرٌ اَمْ هُوَ مَا ضَرَبُوْهُ لَكَ اِلَّا جَدَلًا بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ خَصِمُوْنَ ۟

Wa qaalooo 'a-aalihatunaa khairun am hoo; maa daraboohu laka illaa jadalaa; balhum qawmun khasimoon

“And they say, "Are our gods best, or he?" This they set forth to thee, only by way of disputation: yea, they are a contentious people.”
