Surah Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of Gold), Verse 9

وَلَىِٕنْ سَاَلْتَهُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ لَیَقُوْلُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ الْعَزِیْزُ الْعَلِیْمُ ۟

Wa la'in sa altahum man khalaqas samaawaati wal arda la yaqoolunna khalaqa hunnal 'Azeezul 'Aleem

“If thou wert to question them, 'Who created the heavens and the earth?' They would be sure to reply, 'they were created by (Him), the Exalted in Power, Full of Knowledge';-”
