Surah Al-Mai'dah (The Spread Table), Verse 111

وَاِذْ اَوْحَیْتُ اِلَی الْحَوَارِیّٖنَ اَنْ اٰمِنُوْا بِیْ وَبِرَسُوْلِیْ قَالُوْۤا اٰمَنَّا وَاشْهَدْ بِاَنَّنَا مُسْلِمُوْنَ ۟

Wa iz awhaitu ilal hawaariyyeena an aaminoo bee wa bi Rasoolee qaalooo aamannaa washhad bi annanaa muslimoon

“"And behold! I inspired the disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger: they said, 'We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'".”
