Surah Al-Mai'dah (The Spread Table), Verse 46

وَقَفَّیْنَا عَلٰۤی اٰثَارِهِمْ بِعِیْسَی ابْنِ مَرْیَمَ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْهِ مِنَ التَّوْرٰىةِ وَاٰتَیْنٰهُ الْاِنْجِیْلَ فِیْهِ هُدًی وَّنُوْرٌ وَّمُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْهِ مِنَ التَّوْرٰىةِ وَهُدًی وَّمَوْعِظَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَ ۟

Wa qaffainaa 'alaaa aasaaarihim bi 'Eesab ni Maryama musaddiqal limaa baina yadaihi minat Tawraati wa aatainaahul Injeela feehi hudanw wa noorunw wa musaddiqal limaa baina yadaihi minat Tawraati wa hudanw wa maw'izatal lilmuttaqeen

“And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.”
