Surah Al-Qamar (The Moon), Verse 52

وَكُلُّ شَیْءٍ فَعَلُوْهُ فِی الزُّبُرِ ۟

Wa kullu shai'in fa'aloohu fiz Zubur

“All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds):”
