Surah Al-Waqi'ah (The Inevitable Event), Verse 45

اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا قَبْلَ ذٰلِكَ مُتْرَفِیْنَ ۟

Innahum kaanoo qabla zaalika mutrafeen

“For that they were wont to be indulged, before that, in wealth (and luxury),”
