Surah Al-Mujadilah (The Pleading Woman), Verse 16

اِتَّخَذُوْۤا اَیْمَانَهُمْ جُنَّةً فَصَدُّوْا عَنْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰهِ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِیْنٌ ۟

Ittakhazooo aymaanahum junnatan fasaddoo 'an sabeelil laahi falahum 'azaabum muheen

“They have made their oaths a screen (for their misdeeds): thus they obstruct (men) from the Path of Allah: therefore shall they have a humiliating Penalty.”
