Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle), Verse 110

وَنُقَلِّبُ اَفْـِٕدَتَهُمْ وَاَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ یُؤْمِنُوْا بِهٖۤ اَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَّنَذَرُهُمْ فِیْ طُغْیَانِهِمْ یَعْمَهُوْنَ 

Wa nuqallibu af'idatahum wa absaarahum kamaa lam yu'minoo biheee awwala marratinw wa nazaruhum fee tughyaanihim ya'mahoon

“We (too) shall turn to (confusion) their hearts and their eyes, even as they refused to believe in this in the first instance: We shall leave them in their trespasses, to wander in distraction.”
