Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle), Verse 115

وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَّعَدْلًا لَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمٰتِهٖ وَهُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ ۟

Wa tammat Kalimatu Rabbika sidqanw wa 'adlaa; laa mubaddila li Kalimaatih; wa Huwas Samee'ul 'Aleem

“The word of thy Lord doth find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all.”
