Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle), Verse 13

وَلَهٗ مَا سَكَنَ فِی الَّیْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَهُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ ۟

Wa lahoo maa sakana fillaili wannahaar; wa Huwas Samee'ul Aleem

“To him belongeth all that dwelleth (or lurketh) in the night and the day. For he is the one who heareth and knoweth all things."”
