Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle), Verse 131

ذٰلِكَ اَنْ لَّمْ یَكُنْ رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرٰی بِظُلْمٍ وَّاَهْلُهَا غٰفِلُوْنَ ۟

Zaalika al lam yakkur Rabbuka muhlikal quraa bizulminw wa ahluhaa ghaafiloon

“(The messengers were sent) thus, for thy Lord would not destroy for their wrong-doing men's habitations whilst their occupants were unwarned.”
