Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle), Verse 39

وَالَّذِیْنَ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَا صُمٌّ وَّبُكْمٌ فِی الظُّلُمٰتِ مَنْ یَّشَاِ اللّٰهُ یُضْلِلْهُ وَمَنْ یَّشَاْ یَجْعَلْهُ عَلٰی صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ ۟

Wallazeena kazzaboo bi Aayaatinaa summunw wa bukmun fiz zulumaat; mai yasha il laahu yudlillhu; wa mai yashaa yaj'alhu 'alaa Siraatim Mustaqeem

“Those who reject our signs are deaf and dumb,- in the midst of darkness profound: whom Allah willeth, He leaveth to wander: whom He willeth, He placeth on the way that is straight.”
