Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle), Verse 83

وَتِلْكَ حُجَّتُنَاۤ اٰتَیْنٰهَاۤ اِبْرٰهِیْمَ عَلٰی قَوْمِهٖ نَرْفَعُ دَرَجٰتٍ مَّنْ نَّشَآءُ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِیْمٌ عَلِیْمٌ ۟

Wa tilka hujjatunaaa aatainaahaaa Ibraaheema 'alaa qawmih; narfa'u darajaatim man nashaaa'; inna Rabbaka Hakeemun 'Aleem

“That was the reasoning about Us, which We gave to Abraham (to use) against his people: We raise whom We will, degree after degree: for thy Lord is full of wisdom and knowledge.”
