Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights), Verse 135

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الرِّجْزَ اِلٰۤی اَجَلٍ هُمْ بٰلِغُوْهُ اِذَا هُمْ یَنْكُثُوْنَ ۟

Falammaa kashafnaa 'anhumur rijza ilaaa ajalin hum baalighoohu izaa hum yankusoon

“But every time We removed the penalty from them according to a fixed term which they had to fulfil,- Behold! they broke their word!”
