Surah Al-Ma'arij (The Pathways of Heavenly Ascent), Verse 24

وَالَّذِیْنَ فِیْۤ اَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُوْمٌ ۟

Wallazeena feee amwaalihim haqqun ma'loom

“And those in whose wealth is a recognised right.”
