Surah Al-Ma'arij (The Pathways of Heavenly Ascent), Verse 3

مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ذِی الْمَعَارِجِ ۟

Minal laahi zil ma'aarij

“(A Penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent.”
