Surah Al-Ma'arij (The Pathways of Heavenly Ascent), Verse 39

كَلَّا اِنَّا خَلَقْنٰهُمْ مِّمَّا یَعْلَمُوْنَ ۟

Kallaaa innaa khalaq nahum mimmaa ya'lamoon

“By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know!”
