Surah Al-Qiyamah (The Rising for Jugement), Verse 17

اِنَّ عَلَیْنَا جَمْعَهٗ وَقُرْاٰنَهٗ ۟

Inna 'alainaa jam'ahoo wa qur aanah

“It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it:”
