Surah Al-Qiyamah (The Rising for Jugement), Verse 26

كَلَّاۤ اِذَا بَلَغَتِ التَّرَاقِیَ ۟

Kallaaa izaa balaghatit taraaqee

“Yea, when (the soul) reaches to the collar-bone (in its exit),”
