Surah Al-Qiyamah (The Rising for Jugement), Verse 40

اَلَیْسَ ذٰلِكَ بِقٰدِرٍ عَلٰۤی اَنْ یُّحْیِ الْمَوْتٰى 

Alaisa zaalika biqaadirin 'alaaa any yuhyiyal mawtaa

“Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead?”
