Surah Al-Mursalat (Those Winds Sent Forth), Verse 48

وَاِذَا قِیْلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوْا لَا یَرْكَعُوْنَ ۟

Wa izaa qeela lahumur ka'oo laa yarka'oon

“And when it is said to them, "Prostrate yourselves!" they do not so.”
