Surah An-Naba' (The Momentous News), Verse 38

یَوْمَ یَقُوْمُ الرُّوْحُ وَالْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا یَتَكَلَّمُوْنَ اِلَّا مَنْ اَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا ۟

Yauma yaqoo mur roohu wal malaa-ikatu saf-fal laa yatakallamoona ill-laa man azina lahur rahmaanu wa qaala sawaaba

“The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (Allah) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right.”
