Surah Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), Verse 56

اَلَّذِیْنَ عٰهَدْتَّ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ یَنْقُضُوْنَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِیْ كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَّهُمْ لَا یَتَّقُوْنَ ۟

Allazeena'aahatta min hum summa yanqudoona 'ahdahum fee kulli marratinw wa hum laa yattaqoon

“They are those with whom thou didst make a covenant, but they break their covenant every time, and they have not the fear (of Allah).”
