Surah Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), Verse 73

وَالَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا بَعْضُهُمْ اَوْلِیَآءُ بَعْضٍ اِلَّا تَفْعَلُوْهُ تَكُنْ فِتْنَةٌ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِیْرٌ ۟

Wallazeena kafaroo ba'duhum awliyaaa'u ba'd; illaa taf'aloohu takun fitnatun fil ardi wa fasaadun kabeer

“The Unbelievers are protectors, one of another: Unless ye do this, (protect each other), there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief.”
