Surah Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War), Verse 75

وَالَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مِنْ بَعْدُ وَهَاجَرُوْا وَجٰهَدُوْا مَعَكُمْ فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَ مِنْكُمْ وَاُولُوا الْاَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ اَوْلٰی بِبَعْضٍ فِیْ كِتٰبِ اللّٰهِ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِكُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ 

Wallazeena aamanoo min ba'du wa haajaroo wa jaahadoo ma'akum fa Ulaaa'ika minkum; wa ulul arhaami baduhum awlaa biba'din fee Kitaabil laah; innal laaha bikulli shai'in 'Aleem

“And those who accept Faith subsequently, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in your company,- they are of you. But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of Allah. Verily Allah is well-acquainted with all things.”
