Surah At-Takwir (Putting out the Sun), Verse 20

ذِیْ قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِی الْعَرْشِ مَكِیْنٍ ۟

Zee quwwatin 'inda zil 'arshi makeen

“Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne,”
