Surah Al-Mutaffifin (The Defrauders), Verse 12

وَمَا یُكَذِّبُ بِهٖۤ اِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ اَثِیْمٍ ۟

Wa maa yukazzibu biheee illaa kullu mu'tadin aseem

“And none can deny it but the Transgressor beyond bounds the Sinner!”
