Surah Al-Mutaffifin (The Defrauders), Verse 34

فَالْیَوْمَ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ یَضْحَكُوْنَ ۟

Fal yawmal lazeena aamanoo minal kuffaari yadhakoon

“But on this Day the Believers will laugh at the Unbelievers:”
