Surah Al-Inshiqaq (The Sky Bursting Open), Verse 2

وَاَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ ۟

Wa azinat li Rabbihaa wa huqqat

“And hearkens to (the Command of) its Lord, and it must needs (do so);-”
