Surah Al-Inshiqaq (The Sky Bursting Open), Verse 22

بَلِ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا یُكَذِّبُوْنَ 

Balil lazeena kafaroo yukazziboon

“But on the contrary the Unbelievers reject (it).”
